We have taken careful measures to ensure our services and the environment we are in are carefully managed, safe and ensures the health and well-being of our beauticians. We adhere to the UAE Ministry of Health and Dubai Health Authority's guidance to keep you and our staff safe.
SALON GUIDELINES
- We sanitize every tool after each client
- We use individual disposable products for every client
- Mask is always required when our beauticians visit you
- Our beauticians are fully vaccinated and will maintain hygiene by washing their hands before and after the service
Our Policy
At RUHEE, we prioritize your satisfaction and our expertise. Your positive experience is paramount and in the event you are not completely satisfied, please advise us at the time of your service. Alternatively, you can reach out to us on Whatsapp within 24 hours of your service.
The amount to be refunded will be compensated by a full corrective service should you not like the treatment that has been provided to you. The process of corrective service will stem from mistake(s) provided by our beauticians. We are not able to provide you with the corrective treatment should you change your mind after the service was provided. Clients are requested to contact us via Whatsapp within 24 hours of the service provided to discuss the concern and to schedule a follow-up corrective service (if deem applicable). The corrective services should take place within 3 days post the initial service date.
At RUHEE, we pride on our flexibility. Please reach out to us on Whatsapp should you wish to change the time and date of your service at least 4 hours prior to your scheduled booking time, otherwise Cancellation policy applies. We will always do our best to reschedule your appointment.
We understand things pop up all the time. We just ask for you to kindly cancel the service you have booked 4 hours prior to the scheduled time for a free cancellation, otherwise a minimum charge of 150 AED is levied. If the cancellation is immediately prior to the booking time or a no-show, the full service-cost is levied.

Transactions you are conducting on RUHEE's website, including the process of booking a service through Whatsapp, Registration details used to create an account, name and email addresses provided for booking purposes

Your RUHEE beautician will consult with you prior to the service to understand your preferences and would make recommendations if you like.
Payments can be made via the following options: cash on the day, bank transfer, online payment link. We also provide debit card services post your treatment – for this please advice at time of appointment booking and we will ensure the card reader is with our beauticians when they visit you.
